ExcelHire WhatsApp Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe from WhatsApp messages sent through ExcelHire at any time by entering your WhatsApp number below.
Organizations use Excelhire to send and receive WhatsApp messages with the candidates and contacts they communicate with, such as interview invitations and reminders. An Organization may message a person on WhatsApp through Excelhire only if that person has opted in to WhatsApp messages from that Organization, or has messaged the Organization first.
To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from an Organization through Excelhire, reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any of its messages. We will record the opt-out, send one confirmation message, and block any further messages from that Organization to your number through Excelhire. You can also opt out by telling the Organization, by blocking its number in WhatsApp, or by emailing privacy@excelhire.us.
Messages an Organization sends directly from its own WhatsApp Business app on a phone do not go through Excelhire. We show your opt-out to the Organization’s users, but we cannot block messages sent outside Excelhire. Opt-out records are kept even after other data is deleted, so that we keep honoring the opt-out.
To request deletion of the WhatsApp messages and contact details we hold about you, contact the Organization that messaged you, or email privacy@excelhire.us with the subject line “WhatsApp Data Deletion Request.” We handle verified requests as described in Section 11.1 of our Privacy Policy.
You can always opt back in by replying START. For more about how WhatsApp messages are handled, see Sections 3.7, 6.5 and 11.2 of our Privacy Policy.
